Delivery log

Write the project so time zones do not erase it.

A useful delivery log is not a transcript. It records the latest accepted objective, source and environment authority, decisions and their owners, open questions, changed targets, validation evidence, known risks, and the next action. It lets a Croatia-based team and a US provider resume work without replaying every conversation.

Daily entry

• What user or operational outcome is being advanced?
• What evidence changed since the prior entry?
• What exact source, configuration, data, or environment changed?
• What decision is needed, from whom, and by when?
• What was verified, what is blocked, and what remains uncertain?
• What is the rollback or containment path?

Working language and locale

Normal delivery communication is English unless another reviewed arrangement is agreed. Croatian-language interfaces, content, legal text, and terminology require approved source material and appropriate review. This English-language site does not claim Croatian-language professional capability.
